Air to Air Africa fly 3 large hot air balloons designed for the comfort and safty of our passenger. They carry 8 passengers 2 per compartment., 10 /12 passengers 3 per compartment, and 16 passengers 4 per compartment

All flights include 14% VAT, tea/coffee prior to an hour flight at sun rise, Sparkling Wine and/or Orange Juice on landing where every that may be, crew vehicles will transport you back to the venue for breakfast and receive a commemorative certificate.

Physical Considerations
Passengers must be capable of standing for the duration of flight (1 hour) and able to enter and exit the basket unassisted... Passengers with health considerations accept the responsibility to consult a doctor before embarking on a balloon flight.

Winter offer Group flight two landing per balloon

Two flights per balloon .0.40/0.45 minute flight, The group is split in two. The first group will fly while the 2nd group follow the ballon in our passenger transport vehicles and swap on landing where ever that may be. This experience is great for a team building experience, and banner exposure of your product. But is not advisable in the summer months as the earth heats up far to quickley allowing the upperwinds to come down to the surface. The 2nd group may not be able to do the flight.

Children Under 12 and/or under 35kg

Children should be over 1.20 meters tall to see over the basket. Children up to 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or leagle gaurdian. We are unable to accommodate babies in arms, and advise against children under the age of 4.

What time of the day do hot air balloons fly?

The following table are the launch times for each day of the year.
We meet at Heia Safari Game Ranch launching on the banks of Lake Heritage in the Cradle of Humankind. Balloon flights take place in the early morning when the air is most stable and weather permitting. We meet 30 minutes priour to the launch time.
